Forgemark Tax Strategy LLC ("we") provides tax strategy and planning services to individuals and businesses. The scope, deliverables and fees for each engagement are set out in a written engagement agreement or invoice before work begins. Where these terms and an engagement agreement differ, the engagement agreement controls.
Client responsibilities
Our work relies on the information you provide. You agree to provide complete and accurate information and to tell us of material changes.
No guarantee of results
Tax outcomes depend on your facts, on implementation, and on law that can change. We do not guarantee any specific tax savings or result.
Not legal advice
Our services do not include legal advice. Where a strategy requires legal work, we may refer you to an attorney.
Payment
Fees are due as stated on your invoice or engagement agreement. Online payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Confidentiality
We keep client information confidential and use it only to deliver our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.
