Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

Tax-Saving Assessment

If you cancel before we begin work on your assessment, we refund the fee in full. Once work has begun, the assessment fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation and refund terms for the annual program are set out in your engagement agreement.

Email dustin@forgemark.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If a charge looks wrong, contact us before disputing it with your card issuer and we will resolve it promptly.
